Off-Road Vehicle Rental Information
Rental time is for 8 hours or 24 hours to allow you to get a day’s ride in and clean your rental before returning it. If your rental isn’t returned in as clean a condition as it was picked up in, there will be a $50.00 cleaning fee. Rental must be back by 8.00 to prep for next day’s rental. There will be a 50.00 hour late fee for the first hour after 2 hours you will be charged another day.
You must purchase insurance coverage from us before leaving with a rental the premium depends on the deductible you choose.
We can deliver your rental to the Buffalo Trailhead for an additional $50.00 delivery fee.
Your rental will be full of fuel upon pickup and must be refueled before returning it, or you will be charged the current fuel .
Hatfield McCoy requires all riders to wear a helmet while riding the trail system we provide helmets for your ride.
There will be a security deposit equal to the deductible you choose held on your credit card to cover any initial damages to rental. Any damages will be charged to the card, if returned with no damages we will remove hold on card in less than a week. No debit cards, cash, or money orders accepted for this deposit.
Each driver or rider must have a valid driver’s license and be over 18 years old.
We use the Kawasaki Teryx for our sxs rentals. We now have 7 units available 2 of which are the new le-s models which have wider track better suspension and a 2" factory lift for a more comfortable ride. All of our machines have a roof to help keep the sun and rain off of you as much as possible. We also have Bluetooth sound bars on 4 machines so you listen to your favorite tunes while riding. We have windshields available for an extra fee as well.
